Corporate Governance

The Czech Institute of Directors is an independent non-profit organization founded in 1998. It deals with corporate governance for corporations. It strives to promote worldwide proven standards – Best Practice – of corporate governance in the Czech Republic.

The CG Institute is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Czech Institute of Directors. It provides exclusive consulting and educational services in the field of corporate governance for members of the Institute as well as external clients.

Education

We offer new topics, new information and new speakers. We look for answers to questions about how to properly and efficiently manage small and medium-sized businesses or large corporations. We analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the business environment in our country. We learn the fundamental rights and duties of members of corporate administrations. We help with financial management and decision-making. We train crisis communication in firms.

Counseling

Thanks to more than 20 years of experience on the Czech market, we are experts on the subject of corporate governance. We have an overview of international rules and regulations, current Czech legislation and industry regulations. We provide reputable consulting projects for various companies.

We offer consulting services, with very practical and specific recommendations, which help company owners, management, and supervisory boards more effectively manage their companies, with the highest possible aim of protecting these companies and positions.

We also create custom projects tailored to specific companies with special requirements. Please feel free to contact us with your needs.
